Senior Prom

Step into a magical evening with Sing for Smiles as we host our Enchanted Garden Senior Prom for residents at a local senior community. This special event on May 30th, at the Virginian, transforms the space into a beautiful garden-themed celebration filled with music, decorations, dancing, and joy.
As a volunteer, you’ll help create an unforgettable night for seniors by decorating the venue, performing music, dancing with residents, and simply spending time talking and connecting. Many residents rarely get opportunities like this, and your presence can make the night truly meaningful.
Join us in bringing smiles, memories, and music to seniors in our community, and be part of a night they will never forget.
Join Sing for Smiles for a fun and lively Casino Night on May 23rd, designed especially for senior residents. This themed evening brings the excitement of a classic casino to the community with friendly games, music, decorations, and plenty of laughter.
Volunteers will help set up the event, run simple casino-style games, interact with residents, and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere. No gambling experience is needed — just a willingness to engage, have fun, and spend time with the residents.

Singing for Smiles, One Note at a Time
At Sing for Smiles, we stay active year-round with meaningful events curated for our seniors. We meet 2–3 times a month to rehearse, plan, and bond as a team. We regularly share our music, building companionship and community through visits to local senior living homes. Each spring, we host our signature event—our annual Senior Prom—a night of music, dancing, and celebration that creates lasting memories for seniors and volunteers alike.
